1 Store hours
1.1 What are your store hours?
We are open 7 days a week. From 11am - 8pm. We are closed for 1 hour from 2:30pm - 3:30pm for lunch. Cut-off time is 7:30pm.
2 Store policy and Service
2.1 How long should my service take?
All customers are given a work order receipt with all the necessary job information. Included is also the date the bicycle was dropped off and an estimated date of completion.
Walk-ins are accepted, and will be serviced in the order they arrived. Service will take the necessary time needed to assure a good job!
Typical turnaround time for tune-up jobs is 2-10 business days depending on amount of work ahead of you.
We try our best to get you in and out of the shop as soon as possible.
2.2 What if I am unable to pick up my bicycle?
Bicycles will be subject to a $5/per day storage fee if not picked up 10 days after completion. Bikes will be SOLD after 30 days to cover costs. Please let us know if you will be out of town beforehand.
2.3 What are your prices on service?
Please come to the shop with your bicycle for an accurate quote. We are unable to give you a quote through the phone or message. Our goal is to give the best service at the best prices.
3 Products and Out of Stock
3.1 What if the parts I want are out of stock?
We will do our best to keep our website updated with ONLY parts that are in stock. If we see an order with a part on it that is out of stock, we will quickly notify the customer and a decision will be made then.

3.2 Can I pick up my online order at your shop?
Store pick up is available, you will be given the option during check out.

We restock every 3-4 weeks. Call to verify availability on specific items.
4 Lowriders
4.1 Do you guys restore old lowriders and beach cruisers?
Currently we do not restore old bicycles.
4.2 Do you guys do custom paint jobs on lowrider bicycles?
Currently we have stopped doing custom paint jobs. Please contact us for a return date.
4.3 Are bicycles available for photoshoots or for movie props?
